Wellington Estates (Group) Ltd is a privately-owned company born out of an obsessive approach to all areas of the property market. Our expertise is in the finding, buying & developing of sites in both the UK & Oversees. Once a site has been acquired & appraised, planning is then obtained through our in-house planning team, with the site fully developed internally or sold on. We manage our own property portfolio & investments which consist of unique properties for long term capital growth & small residential units for high rent yields.

From single residential dwellings and historic country estates through to developing international leisure and hotel projects, Wellington Estates has vast experience through the fast paced and competitive property world. With a comprehensive knowledge and track record of all types of development and investment opportunities in the UK and internationally Wellington Estates continues to move ahead in this exciting and highly lucrative industry.

What We Do

How We Operate



Through comprehensive understanding of the property market and our vast network of contacts we identify and shortlist properties which will achieve our investment goals, whether that be long term investment or a quick return, our tailored approach allows us to maximise returns regardless of the area or market.



Via our in-house planning team we are able to identify opportunities to further maximise returns specific to each property from initial concept through to the application process.



Our team of architects and draftspeople then turn vision to reality with detailed plans ready to accompany a planning application. Utilising their extensive experience we are able to meet and overcome even the most stringent planning restrictions.



Once planning permission is obtained on a property our skilled and experienced construction arm Pilcot Construction Ltd will then take over and bring the plans to life. Our team of expert tradesmen and project managers will work to complete every project quickly to ensure that the property can start providing returns either through sale or adding to the rental market.


Investment portfolio

Prior to purchasing the property our market research would have identified the best return on investment specific to each unit. This will then determine whether the property is added to our rental portfolio or simply sold on.



When appropriate we use our network of various selling agents to market and sell the property to their clients. We have built strong relationships with numerous reputable agents whom we utilise depending on their area of expertise. This is based on the location, the price point and the market at the time of selling.

Pilcot Construction Ltd is our in-house construction company tasked with carrying out all of our refurbishment and development requirements. Primarily used for our own portfolio we also take on contracts for general customers. Specialising in historical and listed properties Pilcot Construction Ltd has built a sterling reputation among its clients. Services include repair, renovation & consultancy.
