Overview
Holly House was a stunning but dated property spanning just over 6,000 sq.ft in the prestigious Sands area of Farnham, just a stone’s throw from The Farnham Sands Golf Course. Upon our purchase, planning permission was gained to alter the pitch of the roof and add a large extension thus significantly increasing the floor space. We also carried out a full refurbishment of the property to the highest standards and modernised the large front and back gardens. A gym was added, as was a glass link to connect the swimming pool area with the work-out space. Other interesting features included large sliding bifold doors from the kitchen onto the back patio, a tennis court, games/cinema room and wine cellar.
Holly House was on the market for just over 4 weeks before selling through Strutt & Parker Farnham.
