Overview
A modern 12,000 sq.ft office building with 69 car parking spaces originally rented to a large international technology firm as their UK Headquarters. Planning permission was obtained to convert the office use into residential dwellings with plans approved for 14 apartments, once obtained the site was sold on to a London based developer.
