The conversion of the Grade 2* listed mansion 'Moor Park House' into 3 luxury apartments and 9 mews cottages in the courtyards. Planning permission was also gained for 14 new build apartments in the existing walled garden. This stunning new build development is riverside and set amongst 71 acres of unspoilt parkland, 50 acres of which has been retained with a further farmhouse and barn currently under construction, due to be completed by Pilcot Construction in 2021.

Lastly planning permission was obtained to convert the existing Grade 2* listed Chapel into a two-bedroom dwelling. Due to the single storey structure of the Chapel we installed a free-standing mezzanine floor which stood on concrete stilts. This meant that the Chapel now had an upstairs area increasing its appeal whilst also ensuring it did not affect the historic fabric of the building.
